Kiera Russell, Broker and Co-Owner of RE/MAX Excellence in Moultonborough, recently earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation. This designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation, and demonstrates to the marketplace an expertise and commitment to providing top level service to buyers. Awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS, this is a coveted designation for real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. Although Brian has recently become Kiera's Unlicensed Assistant, he has previously been a Realtor in the Lakes Region for 4 years, and has extensive knowledge of the area. As a husband and wife team, we can provide attention to our customers and clients 7 days/week. We have purchased and sold 7 homes of our own in the past 17 years, so we know first-hand how challenging the process can be. Our goal is to walk with you every step of the way, so that your experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible! ≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈ A little bit of background on us: We returned to New Hampshire in 1998 after living in Lake Tahoe, California for 9 years. All of Brian's family lives on the East Coast, while most of Kiera's family was in the West and Midwest. We came back to spend a winter in New Hampshire and, after just a few short weeks, we decided this was where we would stay for good! We now live right in the Village of Moultonboro, and we service the Greater Lakes Region Area (and often times beyond!). Brian is a New Hampshire native, who has worked at two marinas on Lake Winnipesaukee in Sales and Preparation and Delivery. He is passionate about boats and boating, and is intimately familiar with Lake Winnipesaukee as well as the area's smaller lakes. Because of this, he can really assist his clients and customers well with their decisions about waterfront and water-access properties. Brian is also a former Ski/Snowboard instructor, having taught children and adults how to navigate the slopes in Colorado and California. Although he is a full-time Realtor, he still enjoys teaching his own two little girls how to ski whenever he can. Kiera is a transplant from California, with a background in Condominium/Hotel Management, and Timeshare Properties. She has been a full-time Realtor in the Lakes Region for over 6 years, and she loves working with both Buyers and Sellers in every capacity. Kiera recently studied and received her certification as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) as well! She absolutely loves New Hampshire, and is proud of the fact that she is not only raising her children here, but that she has convinced some of her family to move here from California as well! ≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈ We pride ourselves on the fact that our approach to Real Estate is with empathy and compassion for both Buyers and Sellers, because we have been in your shoes many times.
